Great meal, but a bit pricey

Wasn't a very nice lunch. Caesar salad was very average with dressing not too nice. In the middle of summer and no A/C is not pleasant and with only ceiling fans just spreading the heat around. Lots of flies inside so spend half the meal shooing them off. Supposed to award winning but left with 2 plates unfinished.
